# Uptime, Reliability & SLAs

> Review Hercules's 99.9% enterprise uptime SLA for published apps, infrastructure reliability, service monitoring, outage reporting, and service credit terms.

Hercules apps have historically operated at 99.99% uptime. We offer an enterprise SLA for 99.9% uptime.

### What does the uptime SLA cover?

The [Service Level Agreement](https://hercules.app/legal/service-level-agreement) covers the published apps and Agents expressly included in your enterprise agreement or entitlements. It is not included automatically with every plan.

The commitment covers failures of Hercules-managed infrastructure that prevent a covered deployment from performing its core hosted function.

### How does Hercules keep services reliable?

1. Published apps run on serverless infrastructure that scales with demand.
2. We have monitoring, alerting, and on-call coverage for production services.
3. We restrict production changes.
4. We maintain tested incident-response and disaster-recovery plans.

See our [Trust Center](https://trust.hercules.app/controls) and [Backups & Disaster Recovery](/docs/enterprise/backups-disaster-recovery).

### What should I do if my app is down?

Check [Hercules Status](https://status.hercules.app) and report the issue through your designated enterprise support channel. See [Support](/docs/enterprise/support) for response commitments.

### What happens if the uptime commitment is missed?

Eligible customers can claim service credits under the [SLA](https://hercules.app/legal/service-level-agreement).

### Are problems in my code or integrations covered?

Customer-controlled code, configuration, credentials, and integrations are excluded from the standard uptime calculation. See the [SLA](https://hercules.app/legal/service-level-agreement) for the full terms.
