You can now diagnose common issues connecting domains to Hercules Apps with DNS diagnostics. The diagnostic tab shows which DNS records are set not correctly and how to fix them.

To get started, open Domains, find your custom domain, and click Having trouble connecting a domain?. Learn more in the Connect a Domain docs.
