Diagnose Hercules Email Setup Issues

You can now diagnose common issues connecting email addresses or domains to Hercules Emails by running an Email diagnostic. The email diagnostic tab shows which DNS records are set not correctly and how to fix them.

To get started, open the Emails tab, click an identity, and choose Run diagnostics. Learn more in the Hercules Emails docs.
