The Hercules MCP now speaks the newest Model Context Protocol revision (2026-07-28), and it still answers assistants on every earlier revision. Connectors work the same way in the other direction: the Hercules agent now connects to MCP servers that only support the new revision, and keeps working with servers that do not.
