Roadmap, Initiatives, & Milestones

Hercules now does all product planning in the new Roadmap tab.

  • Roadmap. Your home for planning your app's goals and tracking related tasks. A Roadmap is a collection of Initiatives. Your App has one Roadmap.
  • Initiatives. High-level goals that span multiple distinct steps to complete. They are high level like "Build a CRM" or "Internationalize my app". Each Initiative groups related Milestones.
  • Milestones. Single features Hercules can ship in one turn like "Add commenting" or "Add a kanban board".

Roadmap helps you and Hercules plan your app which in turns helps you save time and money.

Hercules will automatically create Initiatives and Milestones based on your instructions. Using Plan Mode will also explicitly create a new Initiative.
