Mauritius.biz is a web hosting company based in Mauritius. It has hosted websites, domains, and emails for businesses across the island since 1999. The Founder, Jude, runs the company with a team of three: himself, a designer, and a support specialist. For over two decades the business grew almost entirely on referrals with no real digital presence.

Jude then gets an alert via email (built with Hercules Email) and is prompted to reply directly from within his app. The replies contain his branding and keep his customers inside his site. Jude has been able to completely replace Clientexec entirely. The new platform is so streamlined he estimates he's saved 24+ hrs per week.

Everything is in one place now. I go to mauritius.biz, log in, and there is my ticket dashboard. I type my reply and Hercules formats a beautiful, branded email. That was not the case before.

Why Hercules

Jude chose Hercules after trying Manus for two days. He had found Manus through a Facebook ad, bought credits, and built a few pages. Then a Google ad led him to try Hercules for free.
