1. About this Notice#
This Cookie Notice explains how Zeus AI Labs, Inc. (“Hercules”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on hercules.app, the Hercules Dashboard, and our other websites and services that link to this notice (the “Sites”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal information collected through these technologies, the recipients of that information, and your rights. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. “Session” cookies expire when you close your browser; “persistent” cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. A “first-party” cookie is stored for a Hercules domain, even when a service provider supplies the technology; a “third-party” cookie is stored for another company's domain. We also use similar technologies, including browser storage, pixels, web beacons, device signals, and software development kits. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this notice.
2. Cookies we use#
We group the cookies and similar technologies used on the Sites into the categories below. Some appear only when you sign in, use a particular feature, follow a referral link, or enter a payment flow. A name ending in * covers cookies with the stated prefix and varying identifiers. Durations below are typical maximums where known; a provider's configuration, your browser, or your settings may shorten them. We review this inventory periodically because providers can change their technologies.
Strictly necessary cookies. These support sign-in, session management, payment security, and protection against fraud and abuse. Blocking them may prevent parts of the Sites from working.

Functional cookies. These remember interface choices or support features you choose to use. If you block them, some preferences or features may not work as expected.

Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand visits, feature use, performance, and errors so that we can measure and improve the Sites. PostHog may also support session recording and feature experiments.

Marketing and advertising cookies. These support referral attribution and help us measure advertising and show relevant ads. Advertising pixels may collect information even when a named cookie is not present. Some U.S. state privacy laws may treat the use of these technologies as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising; applicable rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Consent and legal basis#
Applicable law may require us to obtain your consent before using cookies that are not strictly necessary and to honor requests to opt out of certain advertising uses. You can contact us using the address below to ask about your choices and rights. Personal information collected through cookies is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including its provisions on international transfers.
4. Your choices#
You can control cookies in several ways:
Cookie preferences. Use our cookie preference controls to accept or reject optional cookies, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable sale, sharing, and targeted advertising opt-outs. Signed-in Users can also access these controls in Settings > User profile. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. Preferences may need to be set again on another browser or device.
Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies, including third-party cookies, and clear local storage. Instructions are available in your browser’s help menu or at www.allaboutcookies.org. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Sites. Because browser controls are device-specific, you will need to adjust them on each browser and device you use.
Privacy rights requests. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details and contact us at hello@hercules.app to make a request.
Provider controls. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your information with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Meta and Reddit offer ad preference controls in your account settings on their services.
Advertising industry opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, and, in Europe, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance at youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements, only that they will be less tailored to you.
5. Customer Applications#
This notice does not apply to Customer Applications or Customer Agents built and operated by our Customers using the Hercules Platform, even where they are hosted on our infrastructure. Customers control which cookies and similar technologies their Customer Applications use and are responsible for providing their own cookie notices and consent controls and for complying with applicable law. Your cookie choices on the Sites do not carry over to Customer Applications, and choices you make in a Customer Application do not affect the Sites.
6. Third-party cookies and resources#
Some cookies on the Sites are set by or for third parties, such as analytics, advertising, payment, and security providers, and identity providers you use to sign in. Some features also load resources, such as fonts, from third-party servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when they do. These third parties may use the information they collect for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for their practices.
