Where is my data processed?

Your app’s backend and database run in your selected region. Hercules also processes data on its own platform infrastructure in us-east-1 in Virginia, and through providers used for AI and other services.

Can I self-host Hercules or my apps?

Yes. It is possible to self-host both the apps you build on Hercules and the Hercules platform. Please reach out to sales@hercules.app to learn more.

Can I export my data?

Yes. See Export Data for database exports. You can also download your app’s code through the Code Editor.
