How do I get more credits?
Get more credits by upgrading your plan’s monthly credit allocation. You can increase credits without changing your plan tier.What hosting is included?
Currently, all plans have unlimited hosting. We aim to keep hosting free / bundled into your existing plans for as long as possible. We do impose fair use limits on the free tier and certain users on the paid tier abusing the hosting. We will reach out to you in advance if we ever have concerns.How do upgrades work?
When you upgrade:- You pay only the difference between your current and new plan
- You immediately receive the credit difference between your current and new plan
- These credits are valid for 28 days from the grant date
- Your billing cycle does not reset. It stays anchored to your original sign up date
How do downgrades work?
Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then.Are bug fixes free?
Yes! Hercules fixes uncaught exceptions for free! All Hercules AI Agent runs started by clicking the Fix the bugs button in the bottom right of the App Builder will be done for free. Other bug fixes and error resolution still cost credits.Additional FAQ

Every app is different so we cannot provide estimates. We recommend building your app in small
increments and monitoring your credit usage as you go. This is the best way to understand how
credits work for your specific use case.

Some plans include one-time bonus credits on top of the base allocation. These are marked in the
UI when applicable.

- Current AI credit balance

We rarely give refunds for credits. Credits cost us real money to provide (we pay AI model
providers like OpenAI and Anthropic). We charge for credits to cover our costs and keep Hercules
sustainable. We are always happy to help you resolve issues and reduce credit usage. We
occasionally offer additional credit grants. Click Report an Issue with details and we will do
our best to help.

Yes, if you’re upgrading to: - A higher credit allocation in your current plan (e.g., Pro 400 →
Pro 800) - The same or higher credit allocation in a higher tier (e.g., Pro 400 → Business 400)
Upgrades to lower credit allocations in a higher tier (e.g., Pro 400 → Business 200) are scheduled
for your next billing cycle.
